WHO WE ARE

4-HSN is a non-profit cooperative healthcare stakeholder-based research group created specifically to address problems currently seen in public and private healthcare systems.

During a period of 4 years, data were collected from the most representative healthcare stakeholders. Anonymized stakeholder comments were categorized according to self-qualifying criteria and processed into an ill-structured problem-solving methodology. Even being a uniform and representative sample, there were a significant number of inconsistencies, revealing undeclared conflicts of interest.

However, preliminary data analysis revealed a trend. All stakeholders work on the same data set and wonder to have reliable ones. Driven by this main objective, 4-HSN brought together stakeholders into a task force. As a result, the proposed patient-centric clinical data flow was created and is currently seeking external validation.

We collect name, e-mail, telephone number, academic background, educational institution, year of completion, work experiences, and other information contained in your resume, whenever you spontaneously disclose them as attending physician, consultant physician, or registered nurse. We collect name and password when you log in to access any restricted area created by 4-HSN participation. We also collect the data you provide when you interact with us via email or WhatsApp. We do not recommend that you provide personal data in the body of the message, but if you do, it will also be collected. Remember that you are also responsible for the care of your personal data and the personal data of those you share.

WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA AND HOW LONG DO WE KEEP IT?

We collect your personal data to respond to your question or comment posted in the contact tab. When communicating with physicians, their data is collected for propagation and referral. Personal data processed is used for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. When the interaction is no longer required, data are securely deleted.

DATA SHARING

Your personal data will be made available to third parties, suppliers and partners, when necessary for some of the activities mentioned in this policy. We condition the processing of personal data by third parties to the strict fulfillment of the purposes, and to the commitment to the exclusion at the end of the contract or due to any other legal or regulatory reason.
